Stuff in the Bluff is Arkansas' premiere website that highlights Gospel music news, community activities and cultural events. As the "Gospel Voice of The Delta," our mission is to inspire, uplift, inform and educate. All the information is designed to be upbeat and a positive enhancement to your day.

We are thrilled to have been named the winner of the 2009 Rhythm of Gospel Award in the category of Print, Press and Media of the Year!

Stuff in the Bluff primarily targets Pine Bluff, Arkansas. However, we regularly welcome the opportunity to share what's happening in surrounding areas throughout the Delta, Natural State and the nation at large.

Stuff in the Bluff is a division of Jones & Sneed Creative Associates, a communications company based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas that specializes in public relations, advertising and marketing services. This website was created upon foundation of Biblical scriptures and is partially based upon Proverbs 25:11, which says, "A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in pictures of silver." In addition, Proverbs 15:23 says, "A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!"

When it comes to information, we consider that to be extremely valuable. Sharing the good news of Jesus Christ is crucial to abundant, holistic and balanced living. Knowing that words can bring life or death, we choose to share words that are both empowering and liberating.

Stuff in the Bluff is providing a wealth of life changing information through technology in order to ultimately improve and advance the quality of life. Kim Jones Sneed (right), a native of St. Louis, Mo., founded Stuff in the Bluff in April 2003.

A former gospel radio personality in Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas, she possesses over 25 years experience in public relations, advertising, broadcast and print journalism.

For 17 years, she was a member of Grace Apostolic Faith Church in Pine Bluff. The pastors were her parents, the Bishop Samuel Lee Jones, who went home to be with the Lord on May 7, 2008, and Evangelist Beverly Jones.

She is currently a member of The Scent of Pure Oil Outreach Ministries where Pastor Linda Stricklen is overseer. Kim's ministry focuses on helping people to communicate more effectively and fervently under the leading and guiding of the Lord.

In 1984, Kim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from Lindenwood College – now known as Lindenwood University – in St. Charles, Mo. She received additional training in business management and computers from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and Southeast Arkansas College, both in Pine Bluff.

Kim is a member of the Epsilon Zeta Zeta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. In addition, she is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Pine Bluff.

She presently serves on the board of directors for Healing Place Ministries (Reverends David and Edna Morgan) and the Hope Community Coalition (Sister Carol Mendenhall).

Kim is also a member of the Arkansas Gospel Announcers Guild and the Gospel Music Workshop of America.

She was the wife of Minister Michael L. Sneed for 14-1/2 years until the Lord called him home on January 24, 2004. She is the mother of one beautiful teenaged daughter, Le’Annah Michelle Sneed.

March 7, 2010 -- Praise Dance Extravaganza; Kim will serve as worship leader for this service that celebrates youth as they praise God in the dance! This programs takes place at 3 p.m. at The Victory Faith Church, located at 1517 South Poplar Street in Pine Bluff, AR. Bishop K.D. Mixon is pastor.

March 13, 2010 -- Appreciation Weekend; Kim will serve as worship leader during a concert that honors the musicians of Union Missionary Baptist Church. This program begins at 6:30 p.m. at 609 East 24th Avenue in Pine Bluff, AR. Rev. Leroy Spears Jr. is the pastor.

March 27, 2010 -- Cherry Hill Missionary Baptist Church, located at 203 Highway 199 in Moscow, AR, invites you to its Fourth Anniversary of Pastor David L. and Sis. Edna Marks Sr. March 26 through 28. Kim will serve as worship leader during First Lady's Night on March 27 at 6 p.m. The evening will feature a musical with various groups.
